Classic Birth Package

The Classic Birth Package includes the following:

  • Two prenatal visits (1-2 hours each) where we will:

    • Get to know each other

    • Discuss how to create your birth plan and answer any questions you might have

    • Hospital/birth center bag checklist

    • Discuss the signs and stages of labor

    • Go over relaxation and comfort techniques, as well as labor and birthing positions

    • Discuss any fears or concerns that you or your partner might have.

    • Postpartum planning guide

    • Post-birth journaling guide

  • Access to my lending library of books about pregnancy, birth, and postpartum

  • Community referrals & resources guide

  • On call from 37 weeks on

  • Virtual early labor support

  • In-person support from the start of active labor through the duration of labor and birth, up to two hours following birth

  • One postpartum follow-up visit to check in with you + a home-cooked meal

  • Unlimited phone and e-mail support during business hours to answer your questions and offer suggestions and support throughout pregnancy and up to six weeks postpartum

Add-Ons:

  • Evidence-based childbirth education class. The class I have created covers everything about birth, postpartum, and newborn care. Recommended for first-time parents or parents who haven’t previously taken a comprehensive childbirth education class ($100).

  • Two healthy & nourishing meals for postpartum. This is in addition to the meal I bring to your postpartum visit. Price is dependent on family size and dietary needs/allergies. Reach out with any questions!
